Open Car’s Door from Phone

Today mobile phones are provided with great deal of various options so why wouldn’t they be able unlock your car’s doors or even start its engine?

So Shard in partnership with Nissan and Japanese mobile company NTT DOCOMO decided to produce a mobile phone able to control engine and door locks electronically. The technology of Nissan’s Intelligent Key was put into a mobile phone by Sharp.
It is rather strange that the last iPone doesn’t include this option. Anywhere in early 2009 this feature will be available in the USA.
