Second Unique Performance Auction to Return the Company’s Debts
Do you remember the long story of Unique Performance and its bankruptcy? The saga is not over yet. In order to help the failed company to return its debts the auction was held in March. As the result they managed to get around $1 million which is not enough of course. This sum of money is too small to compensate all those fleeced employees and ripped-off owners.
That’s why another Unique Performance is going to take place on the 24th of June. Auction company Rosen Systems has already prepared a new list of lots on its website. Rosen Systems has given the scarce information regarding items offered for a new auction. We only know for sure that the list will include “approximately 40 Mustang Fastback shells, body parts, tools, lifts.”
Though the catalogue of items is not yet released we can assume that it will include items that had not been sold at the previous auction.
