Corvette ZR-1 and GT-R V-Spec

On the way to the official unveiling of the Corvette ZR-1 every week spy photos of the newcomer are appearing. However all these images provide us only with general idea of the car. That’s why in order to get more information about the General’s new super coupe InsideLine sent its “secret agents” with a camera to the North Loop.

According to the information delivered by those guys they managed to clock the car running laps in the low 7:40s. The Vette here is equal to many other supercars which are much more expensive than ZR-1 (the price of the vehicle is around $100k).

Another car we’d like to mention here is the Nissan GT-R V-Spec. the spies also report that were watching it with their stopwatches at the ready and captured it making unbelievable 7:25 per lap. The crew told that the road was damp so it was quite possible to render better results at four – five seconds at least.
