Schumacher Took Part in Bike Race
On Sunday at the Misano track in Italy an impressive motorcycle racing debut was made by… Michael Schumacher. This was the first professional competition on two wheels for the seven-time F1 champion.
The participants run on 990cc KTM Super Duke motorbikes. Schumacher on this superbike managed to qualify third and finish an impressive fourth.
Answering the numerous journalists’ questions Schumacher announced that the event was just a casual pursuit and that he has no intention to start a new career.
Hopefully we’ll be able to see the champ taking part in various two-wheeled machines competitions from time to time.
