Max Mosly is not Going to Resign

Max Mosly, president of Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) got in a very unpleasant situation and now he has to write letters to various FIA bodies in order to apologize for sensation caused by an article published by one of tabloids regarding his previous private exploits. In these letters Mosley promises to fight the libel and to remain on his position without taking into consideration all those calls for his resignation.

Mosly rejects the claims that his sexual activities were connected with Nazi. He thinks that the allegation in newspapers result from some operation that aims to discredit him.  Besides, Max Mosly is going to undertake his own private investigation to find the slanderer and bring him to trial.
However a big question is who needs to embarrass Mosley in such a way and why.
