Human-Powered Vehicle Coming

Nowadays all of us are worried about green-house effect, climate change and environment protection. How far will all these eco-friendly technologies go?
Well experts consider that people will be next green technology. This technology is embodied in the HumanCar Imagine. The two electric motors of this car are powered by occupants sitting on the front seats. To generate power for the motors the passengers must literally row on T-shaped handles. Hopefully this will not more difficult than walking.

We do not know how the driver steers such a vehicle. The company only said that the car turns through so called “BodySteer” system. No one really knows what it exactly means.
You can buy this vehicle for $15 000. It is expected to be stuffed with all hi-tech features, though we do not have enough information about this. The car will come with iPod dock, air conditioning, stereo system, video “chat” system. All these devices will use hard-earned electric power generated by the occupants.

The company tells nothing about the speed of the HumanCar Imagine, its safety features. We also do not know whether the car will be able to drive anywhere or just on certain types of road surfaces.
