Rudy Giuliani’s ‘66 Chevy Corvair convertible
What can we get the action of the 2008 presidential race? What would you say about owing a candidate’s ride?

A 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible is the main lot of on eBay auction. Previously this car was owned by Rudy Giuliani, former New York City Mayor.

It is a classic American convertible (drop-top) originally painted in aqua color with the interior to match. The vehicle is equipped with contrasting to its light-blue color white convertible roof.

It is in excellent condition with all its original equipment. The vehicle was bought by Giuliani from Cooper Classic Cars in New York.

Later in 1996 he sold it back to the dealership with 73,650 miles on the hodometer. This must be a real ordeal to own a classic convertible in Manhattan!

Since that time the vehicle has been in storage. But now there are about 11 bids are waiting for the digital hammer to drop and for the results to be clear.

As for us we’d better choose the Corvair rather than the Clinton’s hybrid Mercury Mariner.[VIA: spbcar.ru]
