Western Standards for Russian Workers
On building car producing plants in Russia two biggest automakers, General Motors and Ford Motors, have bumped into a serious problem, which should be solved as soon as possible. The matter is in the fact that more than 90 percent of the country`s partmakers do not correspond to Western standards of quality, as the Russian Industry Ministry informs.

The two companies have worked out common approach to fix the situation. They have arranged on-site educational courses and training to provide the Russian suppliers with all necessary knowledge and skills.
