In their latest report series, ‘Brand Watch,’ Kelley Blue Book and Kelley Blue Book Marketing Research have detailed what they believe the key decision factors consumers consider are when purchasing a new SUV. After studying more than 12,000 active and in-market new-vehicle shoppers, ‘Brand Watch’ determined that driving comfort and performance are the two most important motivating factors in the luxury-SUV segment, while fuel efficiency and durability/reliability rank first in the minds of non-luxury SUV customers.
